The Annual General Meeting of Electors will be held on Wednesday 26 February 2025 commencing at 7:00pm in the Council Chambers at the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning.

The purpose of the Annual General Meeting of Electors is to receive the Annual Report for 2023/24. The order of business will be as follows:

1. Receipt of the Annual Report for 2023/24.

2. General Business.

A copy of the Annual Report is available by contacting the Shire of Katanning Administration and Civic Centre 52 Austral Terrace Katanning or by visiting the Shire website www.katanning.wa.gov.au.

Electors wishing to raise specific issues during general business are encouraged to contact Chief Executive Officer, Peter Klein on 9821 9999 prior to the meeting so that appropriate information can be made available on the night.
