The Great Southern Treasures Bloom Festival will launch in Katanning on 23 September 2023 with a free family festival! 

Expect an array of entertainment including a visit from Circus WA, as well as an eco-fair, bush basket making, flower arranging and informational workshops, giant kite flying, delectable food stalls showcasing local flavours, and an abundance of engaging activities to captivate the imaginations of young and old alike.

The launch event is presented by Ausgold Limited and supported by the Shire of Katanning.

The Bloom Festival will continue after the launch with 50 events taking place until 31 October. 

Events include arts, and crafts, displays, exhibitions, fauna and flora-themed activities, food events, guided tours and hikes, heritage trails, markets, Noongar culture events, open gardens, wine and dine events, creative workshops and more. Events will be live on the Great Southern Treasures website in July. Tickets sell out fast so mark your calendars!
