The Shire of Katanning is seeking submissions from experienced persons, groups or collectives interested in providing catering at the canteen at the Katanning Regional Saleyards.

Standard trading hours for the canteen are:

• Tuesdays lunch and dinner;
• Wednesdays breakfast and lunch; and
• Additional sales days throughout the year.
