Ordinary Council meetings are open to members of the public and a period is allocated in every agenda for public question time.

Ordinary Council is held on the fourth Wednesday of each month unless otherwise advertised. The meetings are held in the Council Chambers at the Shire Administration Office commencing at 6.00pm. The agenda is available on Friday afternoon of the week prior to the meeting. The Council considers all items on the agenda and makes a formal resolution on each item.
